      Great culture, great perks

      Pros

      HubSpot is absolutely THE best place to work at, especially if you're in marketing. People are absolutely brilliant and there's just so much you can learn from them.

      Cons

      The company still has a "start-up"-like vibe. Things change quite often (sometimes too often) so it's hard to be consistent. It's also very stressful.

I agree we need to help our managers more--Laura and her team (she now has a team, which is exciting) are working really hard to support them, so I hope you see and feel the impact there in the near future. I agree that things can change fast around here-part of that is us being adaptable, but you're right it's good to know that we aren't for some folks given that level of change and pace.       Beware of Manager Abuses

      The company offers an incredible culture and worklife balance.

      Cons

      The company allows a lot of manager abuses to take place and go unchecked. Depending on the group you are in, this isn't a place to truly grow your career unless you're willing to spend significant time.

      This is a tough one to read, I'm sorry to hear your experience with us was less than stellar. We investigate every single employee claim as it relates to accusations of mismanagement, so I strongly refute that we allow any claim to go uninvestigated and followed up on, but nonetheless I'm saddened to hear that you left a company where you felt the overall culture was great because of a manager situation that was suboptimal. I'm spending a lot of time with Alison as it relates to the culture and leadership of the services org, so will look at any recent challenges or issues that are flagged as part of that conversation and hopefully make meaningful improvement around any concerns or issues you reference above.
