Pros

Most people are usually kind. Outwardly supportive of work life balance.

Cons

High performance culture. Growth Gabby. Constantly pushing the bar of what good performance looks like so even if you outperform original expectations, there's a reason you won't be promoted. Product org is a chaotic and constant changes aren't providing any sense of stability or even a north star.

Thank you for your candid feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that your time at HubSpot wasn’t what you were hoping for. It’s true that we push for a high bar in how we solve for the customer. We strive for excellence in how we run the Product & Eng org but chaos is never the goal. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and give us the feedback we need to continually get better. - The People Team

Schedule autonomy, friendly peers, great benefits

Cons

Unreliable reporting, unattainable KPIs (no team has met their target this year), low salary in exchange for flexible working hours.
