      Great benefits except 401k match. Flexible schedule and PTO. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Growing disconnect between Director+ leadership and Individual contributors. Entirely new senior leadership in place across the organization. Less opportunity for financial and career growth.

      Good pay, good product and nice people

      Cons

      There is a tremendous amount of change in the business right now and sales people are getting absolutely crushed by management They've promoted a lot of managers and directors from IC roles. These folks may have appeared to be sufficient leaders when Hubspot had hockey stick growth derived from strong product market fit and good market conditions, but these managers and directors are now clearly very unqualified to lead in unfavorable conditions
