I love the fact that we are building a remarkable engineering team in Dublin that will help propel us to great heights, and from what Alison and Matt showed off at Science Fair the other day, your team is closing out the year in style--thank you for all that you do to help our customers succeed and our company grow!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and for helping making our support team globally so incredible--support is SUCH a core part of our market differentiation, so having employees like you makes a huge difference for our customers is something I'm grateful for every day. If you have any additional ideas on how we can improve, send them my way, in the meantime, thank you for all you do to make DubSpot and Support remarkable.

Pros

Everything you've heard is true. HubSpot is the best thing since sliced bread. And yes, we have that too, for employees. But its so much more than the free food/beer/casual environment. HubSpot is spurring a real culture shift when it comes to work. I honestly wish that more companies would model theirs off of ours because it WORKS. You work when/where/how you want, because at the end of the day, you know what you're responsible for and are treated with the respect to get the job done. Feeling empowered within your day to day work as though you're an owner of a start-up, yet having the support and guidance of a large international company is one of the best gifts I've ever been given. And oh yes, we get rewards and recognition for that strong performance to boot.

Cons

I feel disappointed by colleagues that don't take advantage of all that HubSpot has to offer, or those that may not have experienced life outside the HubSpot world who may take these benefits for granted. HubSpot offers a lot to those that are willing to take advantage of it.

What a thoughtful review, thank you for taking the time to write it--I love that you feel we treat you with respect to get your job done, that's the ultimate aim of our entire philosophy around autonomy. If you have specific ideas on how we can engage your colleagues who don't currently take advantage of programming, let's chat, and in the meantime we'll take your advice to heart and invest further in employee growth!
