Thanks for sharing your feedback — we’re glad to hear you value the pay, benefits, and flexibility we offer. We understand your point about culture changes over the years. As HubSpot grows, our culture continues to evolve, but our goal is to ensure it remains strong, inclusive, and aligned with our mission. Feedback from employees who’ve seen multiple chapters of HubSpot is especially valuable in helping us do that. Thanks for all that you do. – The Engineering Leadership Team

Unfortunate Decline

Pros

The pros were plenty during my first five years here (professional development opportunities, unlimited PTO, etc), but most of those benefits have been phased out. Remote will always be a pro, however, I'll say that much.

Cons

Environment is so toxic now – management is poised to throw ICs under the bus instead of assisting them when issues arise, even to the point of refusing to collaborate on a solution. They would rather document a failure than solve for the actual business need.
