      Pros

      Internal mobility if you succeed at your current role, and seek out networking opportunities within the organization. Not to mention unlimited vacation, a great 401k policy, etc. Great coaching and mentorship opportunities as well.

      Cons

      Only domestic office is located in Boston, which can often be a bummer for those of us looking to get a bit more out of our comfort zone

      Thank you for all the hard work you do to help HubSpot grow--our sales team is unmatched, and I'm personally very grateful for all that you and the team do to help our prospects and customers grow, so thank you for that and the thoughtful review. We do have one more domestic office (Portsmouth) which is growing fast, but as with everything we do, we are always looking at opportunities for smart growth, so we'll keep everyone posted on potential new offices domestic and international, particularly now that we've hired the initial founding team for Tokyo.       Salaries are not competitive, quota's difficult and unreasonable to achieve, politics, promotion paths unclear, "churn and burn"
