      Great company, but depends on team.

      Pros

      Large stable company with growth opportunities. Unlimited PTO. Mental health dedicated company themes and understandings addressing employee burnout.

      Cons

      Oncall as this was not made clear in the hiring process. A week of your time will be taken while oncall and depending on the group it can be stressful. Some teams have no human relationship building and feels very cold with low morale. Career growth feels restricted as the mentality seems to be to get tasks done quickly, but don't dig too deep. Innovation feels hard as that requires a deeper more time consuming understanding of things, but contradicts the rapid task turn around mentality. Management has not placed an active role in career growth on some teams.

      Staffing strategy was to hire young in order to pay little Some very toxic managers retained and promoted Open race, gender, age, etc microaggressions were allowed for years

      Obviously, the cons you outlined are the opposite of the culture we are working to create here. We now have both a lot more clear options for people to report this behavior and for folks to be held accountable for this behavior, and I hope have made meaningful strides on the toxic manager side of things too. Grateful for your time with us, but hopeful we've made meaningful leaps and progress from what your experience with us was. -Katie
