      wouldn't recommend the sales role

      great culture, good people, unlimited PTO, uncapped commission, long ramp period

      Cons

      the quotas are very unattainable after you ramp. only like 25 out of 140ish ramped reps hit quota each month. half of my team is on a PIP with no plan to actually help you improve. also impossible to get promoted up market. constantly fearing getting put on a PIP

      Great culture, great product, and awesome teammates

      Cons

      Becoming very micromanag-ie, spending too much time on meetings and other things that don’t make us money. Management was ok, no base increase for two years and quote jumped up 10-12% each year. Things culture wise are not going in the right direction and people are overworked. A ton of good AEs have left
