      -great technology -decent pay -flexible working hours/schedule

      Cons

      -performance culture changed this company -transparency within leadership has greatly dwindled -layoffs over the years and uncertainty hurt morale -this place has changed a lot since I started, from a small tech startup feel to now a ruthless capitalist penny pinching org -micromanagement by middle management is insane

      Unlimited PTO, wonderful coworkers and interesting work.

      Cons

      Direction changes every single year and it's a long time to ramp up each time. CTO needs to move on, they've had a good run but the company needs someone who isn't solely focused on engineering.
