Pros

Honestly, I love working here. Here's why: 1) Company leadership is incredible. I have never worked at a company where I had such trust in executive leadership. They are transparent with our goals and current state and it is obvious that they are all scary smart. 2) The focus on culture is like no other company I know. HubSpot definitely cares about its employees. Google the culture code that we have if you'd like to get a glimpse. Dharmesh is such an awesome leader with this. 3) The employees are dedicated, smart, and just a ton of fun to be with. 4) The office (I work at the one in Cambridge) is super nice and conveniently located. There are a ton of perks too, including soda, free food, free beer, ping pong and other games, and the list goes on. 5) The product and customer work is great. It's downright fun working with a strong product. Working with customers, trying to grow their business, is very rewarding. Great, great place to work.

Cons

I don't have complaints yet. I'll be sure to update my review when I do, though.

Pros

Remote Work Smart and generous people

Cons

- Constant push to sell customers credits and AI use case even if it doesn't fit what they're looking for. No real purpose for CSMs other than that - Culture within the company has deteriorated due to a revolving door in upper management and ridiculous leading indicators - Transitioned the CSM role from being world class service helping customers across multiple aspects of their business to a glorified call center - No relief from metrics and you truly do feel like a number on a spreadsheet - Little to no internal career growth. When a manger role opens up, it's extremely competitive
