      Subtle agism and not so good changes.

      Pros

      People. Most amazing talented people I've ever had the chance to work with. Fun environment.

      Cons

      Most departments are run by young people, when older folks come to talk about their needs they are mostly not taken seriously. Some inappropriate behavior/comments/suggestions from management can be seen when alcohol is involved. Sometimes it feels like the company is trying to hard to look like a grown-up company but the actions to achieve that are not quiet right.

      I agree with the talent of people and with the value of current employee feedback, but I'm really saddened by your feedback around feedback and suggestions and around drinking, specifically anyone being asked to keep who they are on the low, that's the exact opposite of the type of authenticity and inclusivity we are trying to build here.       Not the time to be a hubspot employee

      Pros

      -Culture at hubspot is great -compensation is competitive

      Cons

      -Lots of changes going on right now -Lack of support from management -HubSpot prides itself on transparency - but you still feel like you don't know what is going on most of the time -I wouldn't recommend taking a sales role right now at Hubspot

      Great Company

      Pros

      Fast growing, always improving. Individual autonomy and freedom to develop the best ideas. Recognizes and values smart, GSD people.

      Cons

      Growing and organizational pains, although that's an area of focus. Diversity is pretty weak.
