Pros

- Mature tech stack - Above average engineering talent - WLB is reasonable but dependent on team - Compensation good for a mid-sized tech company

Cons

- Disjointed and disorganized teams - Inability to understand real impact - Lots of talkers who think they’re more skilled and impactful than they actually are - Selects for only certain archetypes of engineers - Very opinionated, often times unjustifiably so

Pros

pretty easy to hit quota

Cons

wish I was getting paid more. the commission structure does not make any sense. I am ramping so that may be a factor, but upon exceeding quota, you do not receive any additional accelerators. you receive the same amount per deal you close

Pros

Great product, demand in the market.

Cons

Complex sales cycles, each conversation is unique and the training doesn't equip you to handle these talk tracks.
