Pros

Great company. Known for culture. People are nice.

Cons

No proper structure. No training. No Support. Managers are often young and act like sales reps themselves. Most reps cheat to win. There's no path to success. More than 60% of people leave in less than a year. "LFG" is not a constructive feedback or action plan.

Pros

Steady company, the company is continually growing and in a good place and has a really great product

Cons

From a sales point of view, there are way too many reps with a growing quota and not nearly enough inbound leads - of which those inbound leads are not distributed equally, if you are not in the in crowd and live in boston and know how to scam the system you will not achieve

Pros

Remote work is big and awesome

Cons

Has been on the decline since the new CEO took over, and perks have been taken away.
