We acknowledge some of the culture evolution you’ve seen as an employee who has been here for over 5 years. We’ve definitely seen more structure and processes put in place as HubSpot has doubled in size over the last 5 years. What remains a constant is our commitment to growth for all employees. The good news is that more clarity on promotion criteria and job levelling is coming soon, but in the meantime, we’d recommend connecting with your team’s leaders such as your manager and director to get further clarity on the criteria to help get you to the next level.
