-Diverse set of problems each day, work was never boring -Great support team, manager very supportive -Great perks (Modern Health, basically unlimited PTO, good office environment) -Opportunity to grow in many different fields (marketing campaigns, automation, list management, content editing, etc)

Cons

-The amount of work support specialists take on can get exhausting quickly -Pay should match the amount of work
