Pros

Struggling with mental health and neurodiversity caused me to hit some bumps in the road even the first months of my employment. My manager had awareness, sensitivity, and didn't write me off for my mistakes but gave me a way to move forward. -- Inclusion for neurodiverse is a rare & wonderful thing.

Cons

Working 100% remotely is tricky at any workplace. There's an excellent asynchronous communication at HubSpot (a good thing).

Pros

- Great people - Office amenities are nice - Tech stack is easy to use - Very flexible WFH options with in-office, flex, and remote

Cons

- Outside of the Product organization, Marketing moves very slow. - HubSpot underpays for roles outside of Product, like in Marketing & Sales - Culture can almost seem too relaxed at times - > HubSpot is an excellent place for you if you are later on in your career - Internal mobility is not as easy as advertised, especially outside of your team area

Pros

You have a great work-life balance at HubSpot, with unlimited PTO aka a flexible schedule, work and life intersect but never get in the way of one another. You get autonomy to create initiatives and programs so you're working on projects you're passionate about. Leadership is incredibly transparent about everything from business objectives, financial reporting, the state of the industry and how it's affecting us, hiring, and more. You never feel out of the loop. What you do has meaning and impact and is celebrated.

Cons

Career paths/growth isn't well documented. While it's good to be challenged, it can be hard to figure out and achieve what's possible for your next move in your career path
