Besides the above, everything else! The corporate culture has them behaving like SFDC 2.0 - It’s sad to watch after they invested so much in their culture during the beginning years of the company.

At the end of the day leadership is more invested in the bottom line than its people and will sacrifice culture for "performance" or "high performers" a lot of the culture initiatives are performative and dont actually increase employee engagement or sentiment and there has been a steady decrease in diversity at all levels over the past 5 years
