Pros

Great perks especially 90 day work from anywhere

Cons

Expectations are unclear, and you are told that you won't receive guidance as you are in a senior role

Pros

- I have full autonomy in my role to manage my hours how I see fit. As long as I am achieving the metrics that company is set for me, they do not care when I am online or how many hours I work.

Cons

- Metrics change frequently and you must pivot fast. - Recent push to have CSMs on more and more calls with customers. Starting to feel like I don't have the time for "deep work" -- as in having the time to think strategically about my book of business.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. It’s great to hear that you value the autonomy and flexibility in how you manage your work. We also hear your feedback on the increase in customer calls. As we evolve how we support customers, we know it’s important that CSMs still have protected time for strategic work. We’re always reviewing how we can help teams manage this balance more effectively so you can focus on what drives the most impact for your book of business. Thanks again for all that you do for our customers and for HubSpot.
