* Teams are small and manage themselves, lots of autonomy * Collaborative and transparent culture * Big commitment to DEI * Best onboarding I've ever seen * So much infrastructure and devops support, it's like a dream. After onboarding, my time-to-code was less than a day

Cons

* Autonomous teams can lead to inconsistencies, but so far I haven't seen it be a huge issue. People are generally good neighbors.
