Pros

Loved working in a newsroom. KSTP is the station that truly values news the most in the MSP market. If you like news, you'll like working here.

Cons

Super stressful at times, and not much opportunity for advancement. That's the nature of the business though, especially with the stress.

They have probably the best health insurance options that I have ever had so there's that! Also there's a cafeteria on site so that's a plus. Also nice is that it's right on the green lines you can go downtown and not have to worry about your car I guess... Also cool that Mr. Hubbard is always at the building and even walks thru and wishes the employees happy holidays! How many billionaires do you get to talk to on the regular?

Cons

There is definitely favorites and there is also a disconnect between management and the assistants that lets face it makes the television world go round...I would also say that for technology Industry they are behind in the times when in comes to phones and computers
