Hubbell is a great place to learn to be an engineer at the entry level

Cons

They will try in every way possible to stagnate your career. Hubbell wants an employee that comes in and does the bare minimum each day, and expects to stay in his position for 10 years with no promotion.

Upper management will not allow any flexibility in work location/schedule. over 70% turnover, leaving for more pay and hybrid schedules (where job allows). Plant posts record profits and employee reward is a popsicle. Micromanagement impedes progress and makes employees shut down. Does not promote from within.
