This is a VERY lean company so be prepared to work extra hours. I didn't find that there was a strong work life balance. This could be a good opportunity for somebody who considers work their first priority and does not mind putting in long hours. There is high turnover at the location I worked at.

Management: their decisions aren't always the best and they don't appreciate the talent they have. They also tend to place all the management work on technicians. There is no real path for growth, making it easy to feel "stuck" Management has also been known to volunteer you for work without you knowing until Friday afternoon.
