      -Great place if you're lazy (If you actually work they drive you to the bone.) -Decent pay for the area -Coworkers at non-management level are friendly and welcoming

      Cons

      -Scheduling randomly changes from 8 hr shifts to 12 hrs. Weekends also become mandatory at random -Nepotism at every level; You will go nowhere unless you are buddy-buddy with a higher up -Complaints to HR and the Union are met with hostility and derision. -If you work hard they take advantage of it; While if you are lazy they overlook it. This results in high burnout and illness for hard workers, which just give up. No medium ground on this issue.

      Pay is good at the moment. Good vacation for newer employees Room for growth and advancement Schedule allows for good work life balance

      Cons

      Old fashion Very old and outdated machinery. Lots of broken equipment that’s never replaced. Horrible maintenance team. Not very gay/trans/“different” friendly.
