Very friendly people to work with. Kind and considerate. Great hours and work experience. We use SAP which is a great program

Cons

Don't have motivation to work hard because they offer no raise for hourly employees based on performance. Only give cost of living raises. I work hard and deserve better.

Great Company and work environment customer and safety oriented great place to work Top management very comited to give the tools to the BU for improvement with the proper business case that will ensure the best return for the company

Cons

Nothing to complain about in general, changes for good take a little longer than expect but eventually they come for good and the company continues with improvement and transformation for good.

well the pay is good for my position benefits are decent.

Cons

The pay is should be more and the union is a joke. There are no uniforms which is crazy considering its a fortune 500 company. They offer no bonuses and do not contribute to your 401 know. only a 100 dollars a year.
