      Pros

      I like it, because I can work as hard as I want, just as long as I hit standard/100%. The more you produce, the more you make in incentives.

      Cons

      It's hot there, and you will get dirty/sweaty.

      Pros

      Hubbell Power Systems has a wealth of talent. They have mature product lines that have a good standing in the industry. They offer good training and opportunities to the employees.

      Cons

      Too focused on stock price and sales projections for the current quarter. You don't get a feeling of long term stability when you work for them. Cost savings is a good business practice when used in moderation, but when it is overused it can create problems long term for a company. They tend to use lay-offs if their sales projections are off.
