      Hubbell Power Systems has a great team of people that are very focused on meeting the needs of the customers. They offer a fair compensation and the benefits are great.

      Cons

      If you are not a person that likes to be held accountable this is not the place for you. The management and co-workers are very performance driven and like to make and share the rewards.

      Great people! I've learned a ton. Very professional but also relaxed environment. I really love working for Hubbell.

      Pay was decent and OT was nice. 4 days on and 4 days off was also nice.

      Trainer was extremely mouthy and very rude and unprofessional.
