      Pros

      Great place to work, managers are very willing to answer questions, has a lot of room to move up through the company.

      Cons

      The culture was not the best at times, and people seemed lazy and wanted to go home. Could have supplied more time off to the employees.

      Pros

      HPS has been great from the get-go. They offer a lot of freedom to really choose your own path as to where you want to take your career. They are also a very stable company within an industry that is frankly not going away anytime soon. They tend to pay fairly and reward those that contribute positively to the organization through promotions.

      Cons

      The culture is a bit stale at times. The company is spread out across the US so it's tough to know what each plant does as it relates to the company as a whole.
