There is a lot of growth so there are many opportunities for advancement for people who are willing to put in the work.

Cons

This is a VERY lean company so be prepared to work extra hours. I didn't find that there was a strong work life balance. This could be a good opportunity for somebody who considers work their first priority and does not mind putting in long hours. There is high turnover at the location I worked at.

Good work-life balance and opportunity to learn by execution. Also they will allow managers to do their jobs with little micro-management.

Cons

Poor Management teams with little support to the mid-level managers. Pay/Benefits are also below average and there is high turn-over on both the hourly and salary sides.
