      Pros

      Very steady work environment, with work picking up around the holiday season. Work is perfect for Associate or Bachelor Electrical Engineers to get their foot in the door.

      Cons

      Very problematic coworkers who receive no penalty to their actions, due to the low application rate to the company. This leads to very hateful and harmful statements being tossed around and labeled as jokes.

      Good starting pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. People choose favorites. If you are white, you will likely be treated unfairly. They dint care if you have a life, you could have a loved one dying in the hospital and they would still point you for missing that day.
