      its a job. they do give small raises, and charge more for benefits each year

      Flexible vacation program. No quantity attached. Not great but ok hybrid work policy. Could still use improvement. Stable industry. Regular raises. Opinions are listened to. If you speak confidently in your thoughts management will listen.

      Cons

      Hybrid work schedule could be improved. Not very flexible on work hours. More time oriented. Like to see you working more with less quality than working less with better quality.
