      Pros

      I enjoy the vacation time (2 weeks from day 1, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10, 5 weeks after 20), and have advanced enough to keep me here. Management at this location is pretty good at engaging its employees. My manager is great at looking out for what I need to perform my job. Advancement opportunities are key to making this job a career.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are barely enough to meet cost of living increases, sometimes even lower (they blame it on local company performance or required investments even though the corporation as a whole did well). At my location, the facility is quite dated, and technological advancements are slow. Not enough innovation. Not much of a "culture".
