      Pros

      Good people to work with. Work/life balance was ok. Good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      The management sucks. You get ahead based on who you know and what you do for them. My manager enjoyed to travel to the various locations and would stay in the most expensive hotels and eat expensive dinners and party on the company's dime. Very unprofessional, especially in HR.
