Pros

Difficult to think of pros other than there are a lot of good, hard working people to be around.

Cons

Long time employee that lived in constant fear of losing my job. Lived through three bouts of terminations with myself being let go in the last one in the guise of realignment. Diversity and inclusion has only come about by terminating good people. Expected to work long hours without any reparation. Extremely bad work/life balance. Company definitely chooses the almighty dollar over the well being of it's employees.

Pros

Good people to work with.

Cons

Hubbell is spending to much focus and money on purchasing other companies, but spend no money after the initial purchase. They provide no training unless you can find free training online. Management is very inexperienced and do not know the business.

Company used to be decent

Pros

Company has been around a very long time and is stable. Pay is literally on the median. Some managers are great.

Cons

New CEO in town and a lot of breakups are happening to boost stock. Outsourcing everything and not looking at impact of business, other than bottom-line. Decisions are made in a corporate cube farm, while there are many smaller manufacturing subsidiaries they aren't taking into consideration. Ultimately bad decisions are being made and product quality is going to suffer.
