Pros

Good people to work with. Work/life balance was ok. Good benefits and pay.

Cons

The management sucks. You get ahead based on who you know and what you do for them. My manager enjoyed to travel to the various locations and would stay in the most expensive hotels and eat expensive dinners and party on the company's dime. Very unprofessional, especially in HR.

Polite coworkers good lighting, parking

Cons

Hubbell promised, but did not pay me an annual bonus. They closed down the plant and declined to pay me $9,000 in accrued bonus. Worst experience I ever had working for a company in my 40 years!
