Pros

Some of the employees are great people. Child company of Hubbell. Laid back rules in the office.

Cons

This company is extremely unprofessional about the way it handles itself. There is little discipline from top to bottom, there are constant new hires and fires in almost every department. The few competent people at the company are all looking for their way out. The pay is also rather low across the board with little benefits.

Fair. Company takes good care of their employees. Always feeling appreciated for showing up to work on time and ready to go.

Cons

People can be awful. Pay could be better since we are hourly without commissions. I want a raise people! Oh well.
