      Pros

      Great people to work with and for. Great products to sell. Great reputation in the electrical industry. New product introductions continually expand the basket of what we can sell.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Management seems to do a good job of taking care of the bottom line as well as employees needs.

      Pros

      The pay is ok but could be better.

      Cons

      No benefits, 401k for every worker the company gives $200/year if your there for 1-34 yrs and $250 if your there 35 years or longer. They don't care about their workers. Everything is about rate not quality.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Nice facilities and benefits. Always something new in the works to benefit employees.

      Cons

      Need better communication between departments and brands; Most managers have "teachers pets" so a lot of unfairness goes unnoticed by management. They are SLOW at hiring new people, their "max 10%" raise when switching jobs is ridiculous. Wrong people getting promoted
