      Pros

      As long as you get along/agree with management you're all set.

      Cons

      Many good employees have left over the past few years. 2014-2015 seemed like a mass exodus. Upper management doesn't communicate well with employees. The former prestige that the names Haefely and Hipotronics represented in the industry are being ruined.

      Pros

      Stability within the organization. The plant is climate controlled so you don't have the extreme heat that some plants do here in the south.

      Cons

      Very conservative. Good ol boys club atmosphere with management. Very rarely get to root cause on issues. Run the organization very thin. Not enough support from engineering, maintenance.
