      Communication with Quality Supervisors when it comes to quality work.

      Cons

      No raises for employees being cross traded. Moving employees to different positions , or dropping there wages that came in under contract.

      Pros

      Benefits, work culture, the people, and the investment in wanting your employees to succeed. It's also very flexible, if your job allows it to allow for great work life balance. I'm also actively getting my MBA that they're paying for too.

      Cons

      No Charlotte location, but I am fully remote.
