Pros

They are very inclusive, a lot of awareness for different groups of people. There is a very relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is open and fun to hang out with. Work is interesting and it's fun to help other companies realise their goals. There is a great free lunch every day and snacks/drinks etc. Everyone is willing to learn and willing to teach. Management is willing to listen to improvements for stability and such.

Cons

I think pay is relatively low. The monetary benefits are not great in comparison with other companies in Amsterdam. New management of Protolabs might conflict with original Hubs culture and ideas.

Pros

Great company culture. They hire great people, room to grow, work life balance.

Cons

Pay is below national average in all departments. Impossible seeming to get a raise. Sales goals for account managers seem unattainable and not a lot of people make their goals, favoritism by management, terrible commission structure, account base is not given but is earned which makes it hard to grow. Also, things are constantly changing so nothing is guaranteed which is unsettling.

Pros

Very young team, even the management team is pretty young. Open to new ideas and changes. International environment. Friendly to non-Dutch speakers. People are open-minded, tolerant. Flexible management.

Cons

To some extents, company culture, equality, diversity etc., is used to covered up the poor wage. Unsatisfactory salary and few benefits leads to insanely high liquidity. Bunch of people come and go every month. Lots of changes and chaos. New joiners are lack of experience and aren't get adequate onboarding trainings. Role responsibility is not clear. Some people work mindlessly and pass the buck. Internal workflow is messy and changed frequently. Some employees get very less workload and still deliver poor quality work. People who really do their job get massive workload and always have to clear the chaos created by mindless co-workers. Part of management team fails to fulfill its duties. Voice from subordinates is being ignored. Bottom-up communication is not open enough.
