Work Hard - Play Hard - An excellent company to work for!

Pros

I have been working with 3D Hubs for just about 1-year now, and can honestly say that this company is bar none, the best company I've ever worked for. Yes - it's challenging... Yes - strategy and direction changes quickly...but if you enjoy constant growth and learning, it's the perfect environment. My colleagues are all incredibly talented, smart, and great to work with. Most importantly, you have a voice here, so long as you can support your cause with rationality and data, management will listen.

Cons

It's a startup, and like any startup it can be chaotic at times, but if you're okay with occasional high pressure scenarios you'll be just fine.

Pros

Fast moving company with a lot of bright minds that creates an environment where you can learn a huge amount of things in a short time. The company gives a lot of opportunities to each employee to come up with their own goals and approaches, and creates a nice feeling of team spirit and control. The office is bright and the people are social.

Cons

Compensation/benefits negotiations can be cumbersome.

3D Hubs Rocks

Pros

Awesome people, great teamplayers, plenty of opportunities. Does not feel like a typical startup, there is a lot of focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and keeping the office healthy (through lots of fruit, healthy snacks and activities) and motivated (though constant knowledge sharing and interesting projects)

Cons

Coaching is still a work in progress, you have to be able to guide yourself. there is not a very strong micromanagement culture. this might sound as a plus, but if you have trouble motivating yourself its easy to get a little lost.
