Pros

Fantastic leadership, energetic culture, supportive environment. The people that make up the heart and soul of this company, are nothing short of exceptional. I've worked at plenty of organizations in the past, and they all pale in comparison to the level of dedication, motivation, and overall brilliance of the individuals employed here.

Cons

It is a young company, so naturally there are still growing pains. That being said, I'm hard pressed to find any true cons about 3D Hubs.

Pros

Great office environment, really friendly team Slack and Whatsapp groups make it feel like a family and communication is usually pretty easy Flexible schedule for a part-timer Regular meetings with supervisors to discuss work and needs Never boring

Cons

Can be a little overwhelming as change comes very quickly- you need to be able to adapt really well Sometimes a lack of communication between teams (understandable due to several international/remote employees)

Everything great about a start-up

Pros

- Constant opportunity to expand your role as much or as little as you'd like, with support given along the way. - Work with at least a dozen different nationalities, learn about different cultures, and try exotic food and alcohol from strange lands. - You really feel like you input has a huge impact on the success of the company.

Cons

- As a start up you sometimes have to work in areas you otherwise would not like to which can be frustrating, but also still a good opportunity to learn. - Sometimes goals can change underneath you when you're half way through a project causing a lot of extra work and wasting a lot of time.
