3D Hubs is a family you can actually choose
Pros
- Awesome Culture (incredible amount of energy is spent on creating the feeling of a family- Events, company trips, weekly presentations & beers , Monthly drinks... etc.) - Learning opportunities (managers are always open for you to try & experiment with new things) - Learning opportunities No. 2 (You get to work with the most talented & creative people) - Strong purpose driven company (I was always proud to be part of this "bigger thing" that we're doing) - Management team & HR is always there for you (for whatever, whenever) - Learn to adapt & move quickly
Cons
3D Hubs is a startup still so you won't get a clear sheet of what you're going to do for the next year - if you're looking for that, 3D Hubs is not the place yet - you going to have to get creative here. 3D Hubs needs to make very quick decissions and change track if necessary - that can make people uncomfortable (you need to be resistant to that). "Not everything is worked out yet" is a constant here (you have to be the one building everything) To me all these Cons sound like Pros, but I think some might find this info useful.
