      Pros

      - Awesome leadership. The company is leaded by designers and you can feel the design approach in the air. Makes every one here more creative regardless of the role they have; - Sharp learning curve. You can truly learn a lot here as everyone at the office is really willing to share their knowledge and opinion; - Freedom to expend in your role. Got a great idea? Go! Go! Go! - Family atmosphere aka great colleagues - Dog friendly office

      Cons

      - Being a start up gives a lot of opportunities but some of the processes still need to be defined or cleared up.

      Pros

      I personally started my professional career here and I feel blessed to have been a part of 3D Hubs. As its still a small company, even at the entry level positions you are given responsibilities, which was an incredibly enriching experience. The atmosphere is great - very social but still a focus on getting the job done as well.

      Cons

      At times it may seem like things are a bit unorganized, but that's part of the start-up experience. Things like processes were still being figured out, thus leaving some ambiguity, but its also very exciting, fast-moving, and gives an opportunity to excel.

      Pros

      Highly motivated and smart team. Overall culture is easy going, but still professional and driven. Company is now entering the scale-up phase, which means it's growing quickly and there is lots of opportunity to develop yourself and learn new skills.

      Cons

      It can be intense at times, since 3D Hubs is growing so fast you'll have to work hard to grow with the company.
