- Fast moving product - Opportunity for a lot of responsibility - Good blend of interesting personalities - Founders balance each other out well (one is more of a product visionary, the other is pure execution and numbers)

Cons

- Compensation leaves much to be desired (even options) - Opportunity for growth into senior roles feels limited

Pros

Fast moving company with a lot of bright minds that creates an environment where you can learn a huge amount of things in a short time. The company gives a lot of opportunities to each employee to come up with their own goals and approaches, and creates a nice feeling of team spirit and control. The office is bright and the people are social.

Cons

Compensation/benefits negotiations can be cumbersome.
