      A space for everyone!

      Pros

      The whole team, including "the higher ups", are incredibly inclusive and welcoming. It's a wonderful space were you are allowed to be yourself while having opportunities to grow both as a person and as a worker.

      Cons

      Pay seems to be slightly below average, but I believe it's compensated by other benefits.

      Pros

      -The DEI leadership teams understand there is room for growth and have candid conversations about this -Regularly put on events/talks highlighting minority groups -Workers at all levels within the organization can provide feedback

      Cons

      -Even with all this awareness and conversations, it still appears that a majority of the hires being made are white men.

      Thank you for your comments. We encourage referrals for underrepresented groups and have certainly increased the ratio of female hires this year. But we fully take on and appreciate your comments to do better and do more. We would like to continue to develop our efforts to ensure we do make more diverse hires as we truly believe in the power of diversity and the success it will bring to the team and organisation.       Pros

      Great company culture. They hire great people, room to grow, work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is below national average in all departments. Impossible seeming to get a raise. Sales goals for account managers seem unattainable and not a lot of people make their goals, favoritism by management, terrible commission structure, account base is not given but is earned which makes it hard to grow. Also, things are constantly changing so nothing is guaranteed which is unsettling.
