Pros

- This company has the most flexible time I have ever seen. Depending on your position, you can work from home pretty much whenever you like, which is a huge plus for employees with families. - Their health benefits and PTO are top-notch. - They have some really talented, committed people.

Cons

Lack of culture, lack of direction. In some departments, lack of collaboration and motivation.

HR Sucks Bigtime, you should consider changing your HR policies as well

Cant think of anything right now, as I dont see any pros of working here

HR is the real boss- the directors follow what the HR wants Seems like you work in a factory. With login and logout. Every movement is timed Not results oriented HR SUCKS BIG TIME most employees who resigned is due to Horrible HR processes No Flexibility HR wont here your opinions, they are just mere complaints to them HR has no consideration on lates Primitive business model
