OK at the beginning, frustrating at the end

Pros

Good salaries, a promising partnership with SAP, global company with offices in many different countries and therefore opportunities to move.

Cons

A bad working climate, very political, incredible fights following the numerous mergers and acquisitions, a company too small versus Ariba.

Pros

It´s a very international environment within a fast business. It never gets boring - you always need to challenge new topics. The level of qualification of the employees is very high.

Cons

Hubwoo has a big leadership team with widespread competencies for a quite small company. Due to mergers and acquisitions in the past, a lot of time has been and still has to be spent on internal issues, less on customer satisfaction, internal growth and product development.
