Company has great global niche, some challenges capitalizing on it

Pros

If you work hard and take new challenges there is no doubt you can grow at Hubwoo into roles you could not have in larger firms. They are open to letting people develop. Global opportunities.

Cons

Global environment for such a small company means there is always cross-lingual and cross-cultural work. Often this means the ball get's dropped... a lot.

flexibility, good work life balance, good people. great place to learn about cloud technology and procurement. was able to work from home whenever needed

Cons

upper management does not have transparency, company is going through major changes and employees feel left in the dark , no career path
