Pros

Working at huddle house has been a treat. The pros for this job is mainly my customers. My customers keep me going to work each and every day. While the pay isn't the best my customers make it all worth it.

Cons

Honestly they could take better care of their hard working employees who put blood, sweat, and tears into their job. I have seen workers who work their heart out and get little to no credit. In response the laziest workers don't get disciplined like they would anywhere else.

Pros

The owners are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. They have big hearts and give chances to those who probably wouldn't receive one elsewhere. The establishment fosters a sense of family for the employees and its customers.

Cons

Improvements can be made in salary, hospitality, and pride in service overall. Unfortunately, due to severe staff shortages, the business was forced to close their doors.
