Pros

• customers were lovely • Smaller community for those who prefer 3-4 coworkers over 10+ • looks nice from outside/ dining area

Cons

• Expect to do all roles in a resturant • Older servers will bully you, one threatening being family friends with gm to get you to do everything she says • shifts begin at 5am after training, supposed to end at 2pm, but will realistically be out by 4pm • expect to not close and restock only server, but dish pit, kitchen, all of front of house, and bathrooms • tips + wage do not equate to the performance of work done • If you’ve ever worked in a restaurant prior, especially as a cook/ server, expect to be told every thing is incorrect and retrained in a method that is inconvienent to guests/ time consuming/ will not properly cook food

Pros

Corporate Office Staff is exceptional

Cons

Field Operations supervision is terrible. Expectations are that DMs will serve as line workers, not managers.
